Kent Underground Res Group Newsl. 77, 2-4 [Kent: tunnels cut in chalk cliff below and seawards from The Grange, St. Augustine's Road, Ramsgate; the house was built 1843 - 44 by Augustus Welby Northmore Pugin (1812 - 1852); substantial parts of tunnels systems lost by marine erosion / sealed up - c. 15 sealed entrances visible at various levels in the cliff. Parts formerly used as a WWII air-raid shelter, and as a visitor attraction]
